The much-admired Netherlands midfielder has earned parallels to Kevin De Bruyne for his style of play. Following impressing at the U19 Euros, he has broken into the AZ first team. This teenager is widely expected to complete a big-money move in January. Newcastle United are believed to be leading the chase, but are facing strong competition from the Spanish champions for a deal valued at approximately £22 million.
